It has been a few weeks now that I’ve been craving the more exotic foods the world has to offer, so I figured why not start with Rabbit. I mean it is Easter time, right? Anyways, whether my sudden desire for this cute fuzzy animal was purely influenced by the Travel Channels food shows or my Lithuanian roots it was excellent nevertheless. A little shopping at Citarella, a few beers from the bodega (courtesy of Micah) and we had our selves a feast.
